Microscopy
Microscopes are a very useful tool in the veterinary practice and can be used to diagnose a number of veterinary conditions. From itchy skin to urine crystals and parasites, an in-house microscope often allows our vets to make a prompt diagnosis of a pet’s condition. At Blarney Veterinary Clinic we have a high end digital microscope that allows our staff quick and reliable determination. Our staff frequently use the microscope to aid their diagnosis of dermatological complaints, to analyse urine samples, identify and classify parasites and view bacterial cells.
